About

Passionate Social Sciences Researcher and Policy Analyst with a Ph.D. from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences and over 8 years of experience specializing in labour rights, labour markets, gender equality, the future of work and green jobs. I leverage data analysis and research to inform policies and enhance people's lives.

 

Currently, I serve as a Research & Policy Analyst at Maquila Solidarity Network, focusing on labour rights and working conditions related to the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement.

 

Previously, I advised the Ministry of Labor of Mexico City, managing programs and projects promote job creation and access to employment, enforce labour rights and foster social dialogue. I spearheaded the design and implementation of the first green jobs program in Mexico City.

 

As an ILO consultant, I developed public policy proposals for labour market recovery with a gender approach and a just transition approach.

I possess technical skills in data management software (SQL), statistical analysis (R, Python), data visualization (Tableau), and spreadsheet management (Excel), honed through my dedication to lifelong learning. I apply these skills in various projects, some of which you can see here.

 

My academic background has given me vast experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
